1. 無機非金屬、應用(yòng)化學(xué)、高分(fēn)子材料等化學(xué)相關專業，優先考慮無機非金屬專業；

2. 有(yǒu)塗料相關工(gōng)作(zuò)經驗二年以上的優先，有(yǒu)意向長(cháng)期從事塗料行業的應屆畢業生也可(kě)考慮；

3. 良好的團隊精(jīng)神，具(jù)有(yǒu)較強的安(ān)全意識。
